We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice if you make any changes. Cancellation notices must be provided during our regular business hours.
This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of our services.
Should you cancel your appointment without providing 72 working hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will apply. Fees are normally charged at the appropriate rate (currently £140 per hour).
